My magic eye oil is made with organic cold pressed oils that help boost collagen, and help reduce the fine wrinkles we all tend to get. The essential oil I have added has been known to help even out skin tone, and help with the puffy bags. It is in a glass bottle with a metal roller, that feels great if kept in the fridge, but it not necessary.
